A JSTOR success guide for libraries

JSTOR Administrator accounts are used for managing access to the platform, and downloading holdings files and usage statistics. And all of this is managed in one place through our JSTOR Admin page. Access to the admin tools is available through your JSTOR personal account. To get access to these features, you simply need to contact our Support Team and ask for admin access to your school.

Getting started with JSTOR Admin accounts

The easiest way to get started with a JSTOR Admin account is to fill out this contact update form. For more information on setting up a new admin account, please visit our New Administrators support page

Introduction to JSTOR Admins

In August 2022, JSTOR released a new and improved Admin site for account administrators. This allows librarians and administrators to access usage stats for JSTOR and Artstor in one location. To learn more about the new Admin site, please watch a recording of our webinar "Orientation for Admins: The new JSTOR Admin site."
