Agent Event Kit and Playbook

Our agent partners attend and exhibit at dozens of events and conferences each year. We created an International Events Kit to help our agents effectively market and sell our full portfolio of products and services, and ensure consistent JSTOR/ITHAKA brand representation at international conferences. This Event Kit and Playbook outlines:

  • What You Have – A detailed list of all available resources, tools, and materials provided for event promotion and execution.

  • Who to Contact  –  Who to contact if you have questions.

  • What You Can Do “Playbook” – Provides instructions and suggestions for promoting ITHAKA/JSTOR events on social media, including how to use Canva templates, key event details to share, and simplified posting guidelines. It covers LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, and BlueSky. It also includes guidance for booth set-up.

  • Reimbursement Guidelines – Clear instructions on what locally produced JSTOR/ITHAKA materials expenses can be reimbursed, and the process for submitting reimbursement requests.
